I’m a city girl trapped in a beach town. Yes, I love this sweet town that we live in and raising my girls here, but I like to get away to a city any chance that I get. I have lived in Miami, Boston, & Chicago and often find myself missing the restaurants, the entertainment, and, of course, the shopping.
Getting just a taste of Boston for a long weekend with Eva had me dreaming about my next urban getaway, and what I would wear if I had a weekend to just do fancy things. My ideal city weekend consists of shopping, eating, going to museums, and catching a show. If I squeeze in a spa appointment, I’m in heaven. Like I said, fancy.

The Capsule
This capsule consists of 3 outfits (sets) with tops & pants and 2 dresses.
Since I always use the Rule of 3s for packing shoes, I chose a metallic, a neutral, and a color in 3 different styles. (Usually, the trio would include a sneaker, a dress shoe, and a flat or other casual shoe).
