A good idea is pretty useless unless you put it into practice and it changes your life. I should know. I’ve heard a lot of good ideas that I never put into practice, mostly because they seem dull and boring. I mean, I love a good salad, but I also love a good dessert.
I also like to see immediate results. I’m an instant-gratification kind of person.
That’s why I love clusters so much. A few minutes of playing around in your closet and you’ve created a stylish mini-capsule with cute outfits for a season or a reason. Maybe you want to create a wardrobe for casual summer days, a favorite athletic pursuit, or work.
Clusters can make it happen, in minutes, using the clothes you already own.
Today, I’m going to show you clusters for different lifestyles. Each of these can serve as a template to plug in items from your own wardrobe.
Travel Cluster
Using items from Anatomie, a popular travel brand, I created this cluster for the Adventure Traveler, the type of person, unlike me, who likes to do more than shop and dine when on vacation. These high-quality pieces are made of performance fabrics and will hold up to all of your outdoor endeavors. You can shop all of these items here.

Casual Work Cluster
I designed this cluster with a teacher in mind, or for anyone who works with young kids and needs clothes that are practical and comfortable. It features items from the Loft, all of which can be found here.

Professional Cluster
This cluster is appropriate for a more professional work place. It is work appropriate while still remaining creative and stylish. All of the pieces are from M.M. LaFleur and can be found here.

At Home/Casual Cluster
There’s no reason to feel or look sloppy just because we have no place to go. We deserve to look and feel our best every day, and the people around us deserve it too. Here is a comfortable, casual, and affordable cluster from Walmart for stay-at-home days.

Boating/Resort Cluster
If you’re lucky enough to be retired and living a resort lifestyle on or near the water, then this fun cluster is for you. It features stylish yet practical pieces that will take you from boating to lunch in style. Almost everything is from Halsbrook and available here.

Summer Cluster
For an effortless yet chic summertime look, this cluster from J. Crew is just the thing. It features upbeat patriotic colors and summer-friendly fabrics. You can shop all of these pieces here.

Which of these clusters suits your lifestyle best? And how can you recreate them with items you already own? Let me know in the comments!
