Layering is a skill that’s worth mastering, especially in the fall. On days when the temperature swings 30 degrees, you can start out with a sweater and end up needing a tank top. That’s why I’m loving light layers, like blazers and cardigans, all fall long. Not only do they add warmth without a lot of bulk, but they also add style, color, and interest to an outfit. Basics like tees and jeans are transformed into polished outfits with the addition of a relaxed blazer or cozy cardigan.
That’s why I was excited when two brands that sell layering pieces on Amazon, Grapent, and Lookbookstore, reached out to me to try a few pieces. These are easy, affordable pieces that can make any fall outfit cuter, and I’m excited to share them here. All of the pieces below can also be found in this catalog.

I was excited to use these items in some outfits, and so you’ll see a couple of them here, but this is a week’s worth of outfits in November, from a dress I wore to church on Sunday to outfits for running around during the week.

Thank you! I know we have an unusually mild climate down here, but I hope these inspire you! Thanks for the comment!

Here in upstate NY these would be summer outfits! 😄
We are in full winter mode already, with highs in the mid 30s and snow.
But they look great!
Thanks for the ideas.
