I’m so ready for fall, y’all. So ready. I even got boots.
Don’t laugh, because I got them at Justice, a store that is pretty much against my religion. Yes, Justice. Let me explain.
Lola and I were having a special day out at our tiny local mall, getting her nails painted and hair trimmed. I always speed right past Justice hoping Lola won’t notice, but this time, she got that look of longing, and it was her special day after all. Fortunately, that child is mine, because she didn’t seem to like a single outfit, but when we spotted cute brown boots trimmed with fringe, we had to have them. Then we realized they came in my size. And Eva’s size. So that’s how we all got matching boots. From Justice.
I’ll share a picture soon. So you can laugh.
Now that I’m in full fall fashion mode, I’m in the mood for shopping. Outfits are an easy solution for those days when you need to be ready in two seconds. Which is pretty much every day. So here, 4 cute, trendy-ish fall outfits under $100, with the added bonus that everything is available all at the same store. I picked 4 stores, Uniqlo, Target, H&M, and Topshop, and created 4 fun looks to wear all season long. (And, to make things even easier, the pictures are linked to the site for easy shopping. As always).
Which is your favorite?
Laid Back Plaid

I’m seriously loving the latest Target collab with designer Adam Lippes, and their total embrace of plaid for fall. This chic fringed top is such a statement making piece that I kept everything else simple!
Cool & Casual

Skirt, $29.99, sweater, $29.99, shoes, $19.99, bag, $17.99 and necklace, $5.99.
H&M is a great place to stock up on cute, comfy basics. A denim skirt is on my wish list this season, and this button-front style is perfect! (I went about $4 dollars over for the necklace. Couldn’t resist!)
Colorful & Quirky
This all-out celebration of plaid would make a great Christmas dress, especially when worn casually with Wellies, or toned down with a denim jacket or chunky cardigan.
Love Story
A cool cord dress and chunky black clogs channel this season’s 70s vibe. (These shoes are similar to the much pricier Swedish Hasbeens that I’ve been eyeing). This dress would also be adorable with a jacket, tights, and boots. The options are endless!
Found any must-haves on this list? Or spotted something you’d never, ever wear? Tell me about it!
