Okay, okay, I know I was supposed to wait until AFTER Yvonne’s closet-clearing visit tomorrow to go shopping, but my mom, sister and I had a long overdue shopping trip to Orlando planned today and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to do some rare, toddler-free shopping! We only had a couple of hours to comb through the goods at Mall at Milennia, so we had to be judicious about how we used our time. That means we sailed right past our fun, fantasy-shopping destinations (Gucci, Chanel, Burberry) and went straight to the couple of stores where we always find things we love at amazing prices: Anthropologie and Zara. Except for a quick detour to Janie & Jack and a slow sprint through Z Gallerie that made me want to redecorate my house, we stayed on track, and we all walked away with some great stuff! I am fairly sure Y will approve of my new purchases. Anthropologie was having an amazing sale so I really stocked up. Here’s what I bought from Anthropologie:
Sparrow navy ruched cardigan, $49.95 (half price!)
Pink gathered tunic tee, $29.95 (was $48) (also bought it in black!)
Ric Rac striped henley tee with silk polka dot trim, $29.95 (was $58)
Deletta ivory tunic tee with lace and crochet embellishments, $29.95 (was $58)
Navy plaid tights by Eloise, $18 (oops! I bought these in a medium/large – I hope they work!)
Sparrow red/ivory striped sweater with taupe button placket, $49.95 (half price!)
Deletta pale lilac long sleeved tee with ruffle and chiffon embellishments, $58 (pictured above!)
Sleeping on Snow red fitted zip front cardigan, $59.95 (was $118)
Black cardigan with ruffles, $19.95 (was $88)

And from Zara:
Silky lightweight half turtlenecks in black and white, about $25 each
Navy/White striped tee, $20
Black drapey jersey dress, $39.95
Brown wide belt, $29.95
So fun! And so ready to start my closet clearout tomorrow!
