I know I am nuts, but you don’t go to Paris with two delicious and lovely little girls every day, and I want to make sure we are dressed for it. We are going to be there about 19 days, and I plan on taking one suitcase for each family members so that I have plenty of space for clothes, shoes, hair accessories, some toys, etc. I also have the option of sending things ahead to the apartment if I run out of room, but I need to know that in advance so the stuff arrives when we do! Okay, since the trip is now less than a month away, I have started going through their closets and deciding what I am going to pack. The problem is that I need help! I know we are safely in summer, but Paris can get a couple of cool days even in the warmer months and I want to be prepared. I also want to avoid overpacking so that I can save some space for Parisian purchases. Voyez! C’est un grande probleme! Here are the outfits that I am considering for Lola. Thanks for the feedback, everyone! After much deliberation and many sleepless nights, I decided to stay away from silks, brocades, and anything that was dry clean only (thus cancelling # 1-4 and #16) and some of the less practical options (#27, 30) and replacing them with her skinny jeans and a couple of very cute tops (Crewcuts, Hazel) as well as the following: #8, 10, 11 (with matching cropped jacket), 13 (comfy enough to wear on plane, and the ruffles turn pink in the sun!), 14, 15, 17, 18, 21, 22 (goes with same cropped jacket as #11, and I also brought the pants), 23 and 28.

My favorites are 1*, 3, 9, 10, 11*, 12, 13, 14 (the very cutest!), 18, 19 & 22. And, yes, now I understand your dillema more acutely… lots of wonderful options! Then there are the shoes to consider, which is why I would recommend sticking with one certain color family. That way shoes & accessories would work with several outfits as well as a sweater or two to coordinate with any one outfit. I vote for 10-12 thoughtful choices, since you will have the luxury of to launder and the temptation to pick up new Parisian treats!

o.k. my favs are 2, 17, 10, 14, 15 and the third to last misha lulu dress with the little girl on it is SO cute! Also, I think that you should bring it all – I mean 19 days and little girls can make such a mess of themselves – but then you do need room for shoes and hair bows as well…
